Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and needs.
- Proactively identify client needs and financial goals through in-depth conversations and analysis, recommending appropriate products and services that align with their objectives.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for various financial products, including investments, loans, and insurance, through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.




- Conduct regular client reviews to assess their financial situation, update them on market trends, and adjust their financial plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues.
- Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and new product developments to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
- Prepare and present compelling financial proposals and presentations to clients, clearly articulating the benefits and risks of recommended solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
- Actively participate in networking events and business development activities to expand the client base and enhance the company's market presence.
- Provide exceptional client service, addressing concerns promptly and professionally to foster loyalty and retention.
