- Target Achievement: Drive and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals across all assigned cluster stores.
- Local Marketing: Implement localized promotional strategies and corporate cross-branding initiatives to increase footfall.
- KPI Monitoring: Analyze retail metrics like Average Bill Value (ABV), conversion rates, and walk-in counts to optimize store profitability.
- SOP Compliance: Ensure all stores strictly adhere to standard operating procedures regarding customer engagement, billing, and order customisation.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain premium store aesthetics, luxurious lighting, and window display guidelines reflective of the heritage brand.
- Customer Relations: Handle critical escalations and build personalized VIP buyer relationships for bridal and high-ticket pearl sales.
- Stock Optimization: Coordinate with the central merchandising team to ensure adequate inventory allocation of pearls, gold, and diamonds.
- Staff Training: Mentor store managers and sales executives on specialized pearl classification, pricing structures, and luxury selling tech.
- Manpower Planning: Manage store rosters, leaves, and staff positioning across stores to counter peak-hour customer traffic.




- Deep knowledge of Lifestyle and jewellery retail operations, market & consumer behavior.
- Exceptionally strong capabilities in multi-store team leadership and store P&L;
- Fluency in English and Telugu/Hindi Experience
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail sales and multi-store operations management. Experience in high-end jewellery or watch retail brands is heavily preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
