Job Summary

The Montessori Teacher is responsible for creating a child-centered, engaging, and prepared learning environment that promotes independence, curiosity, creativity, and holistic development. The teacher follows Montessori principles to support each child's academic, emotional, social, and physical growth while fostering a lifelong love for learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver Montessori lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and philosophy.
- Prepare and maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating Montessori classroom.
- Observe each child's progress and adapt learning experiences to meet individual developmental needs.
- Encourage independence, self-discipline, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Facilitate hands-on learning using Montessori materials and practical life activities.
- Assess children's academic, social, and emotional development and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Promote positive behavior and create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leadership to enhance student learning.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, school events, and parent engagement activities.
- Maintain classroom resources and ensure Montessori materials are clean, complete,



and well organized.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Montessori Teacher Training/Certification (AMI, AMS, or any recognized Montessori certification) preferred.
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a Montessori or Early Years setting.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
