Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The work often includes applying generative artificial intelligence models to solve complex problems, as well as exploring various AI domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring innovative and effective AI-driven solutions are delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and deploying AI models in cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and neural network frameworks.
- Ability to develop and optimize AI pipelines for production-grade applications.
- Familiarity with conversational AI technologies such as chatbots and natural language processing.
- Knowledge of image processing techniques and their application in AI solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
