Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele - callers to connect with prospective students and parents, explain our educational programs, and guide them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping learners choose the right courses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective students and parents through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and enrollment targets.




- Address customer queries professionally and resolve concerns.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1 - 2 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, customer support, or EdTech sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
