Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions (MICE), and other corporate events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and business partners.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable event spaces, accommodation, banquet, and hospitality solutions.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with the Banquet, Operations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to maximize repeat business and strengthen client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through effective business development strategies.




- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify recent business opportunities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service before, during, and after events.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
