Job Description

- Design, development, and revamping of the UI architecture of one of the key products.
- Understanding of SaaS industry with hands on experience
- Should be good in project management skills and effectively communicate with all internal stakeholders as on when required.
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it.
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
- Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript and SASS/LESS.
- Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
- Prior UI tech lead experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of, Bootstrap, NodeJS, OOA and OOD Concepts




- Knowledge of high-quality skilled software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment
- Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learning’s in complex troubleshooting scenarios.

Desired Skills & Experience

- BE/ BSC or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Arts or equivalent education/experience. Emphasis on usability, human factor and/or user interfaces is desirable.
- Min 3+ years of experience in UX/UI designing of web applications, mobile apps ( android/iOS).
- Strong design skills in web and mobile and desktop - Html 5, CSS3,SCSS,SASS JavaScript, JQuery, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap, Mockups and Wireframes.
- Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work with others at all levels; Effective at working with geographically remote and culturally diverse teams.
- Good to have experience in the healthcare domain.
- Must possess a passion for user interfaces and human computer interfaces with the ability to excite and motivate other team members in various roles with-in the organization
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc and experience in using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, etc with storyboarding and prototyping, working with offshore teams
