Job Opening: Telecaller Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are welcome to apply) Roles & Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads. - Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. - Explain company products and services to potential clients. - Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes. - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. - Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets. Requirements: - Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage). - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. - Solid persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills. - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
