Job Summary:
Oversee immigration operations, manage team performance, and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely processing of visa applications while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the immigration team
- Oversee visa processing and documentation
- Handle escalations and complex cases
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws
- Monitor performance and achieve targets
- Maintain client relationships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of immigration experience
- Solid leadership and management skills
- Excellent knowledge of visa processes
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
KPIs:
- Success rate of applications
- Processing time
- Client satisfaction
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
