The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales targets by building and maintaining robust, positive relationships with channel partners and HDFC Life teams within a specific assigned geography. Please note that for internal candidates, Propel FLS will receive preference, in accordance with the Propel placement guidelines.
What does the job entail?
Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with channel partners to achieve business goals. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to ensure the team gains maximum mindshare from distributors, meets sales targets, and increases market share. Team Leadership & Development: Regularly review the team's progress against the sales plan. Provide guidance and mentorship to help team members succeed and advance in their careers. Digital Sales Management:
Promote desired sales behaviors within the team by utilizing the company's digital sales management processes. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and persistency of business generated by the team.
Work Experience
A minimum of 6+ years of total sales experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience. Prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry is a plus.
Essential Qualification
A graduate degree is the minimum requirement; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
Preferred Skills
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales planning, team management, and a high achievement drive.
