Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety across assigned locations. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across all assigned areas.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
- Lead, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure efficient performance and discipline.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, inventory, and ensure the proper use of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding,



and training new housekeeping staff.
- Address employee concerns, encourage teamwork, and maintain a positive work workplace.
- Prepare housekeeping reports and maintain operational records as required.
- Travel to different locations as per business requirements to monitor and support housekeeping operations.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and safety practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Proficiency in maintaining reports and inventory records.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations.
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
