Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide an outstanding shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Assist in stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.




- Follow company policies and maintain grooming and professional standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge is preferred.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
