Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Care Manager to manage customer interactions related to vehicle servicing and ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

- Handle service-related customer interactions
- Coordinate with workshop teams
- Resolve customer complaints
- Improve service satisfaction
- Maintain customer records

Requirements

- Graduate
- 3–5 years of automobile service/customer care experience
- Good communication skills
- Good system knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
