Job Summary

We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills and experience in warehouse management to ensure accurate inventory tracking, efficient operations, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Lead warehouse staff and maintain productivity.




- Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting).
- Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
