Job Title: HR Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Manager who can build strong systems, set up efficient processes, develop talent, and create a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will be excellent in communication, training, system building, KPI tracking, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and improve HR systems and internal processes.
- Handle end-to-end talent acquisition – sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Design and execute training & development programs for staff.
- Set up and monitor HR KPIs and performance tracking systems.
- Drive employee engagement and cultural development initiatives.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
- Implement policies related to attendance, payroll coordination, discipline, and compliance.
- Support department heads in manpower planning and performance improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and engagement activities.
- Maintain HR records and reporting dashboards.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in system building and process setting.
- Good understanding of training frameworks and talent development.
- Knowledge of KPI tracking and performance management.
- Ability to manage people, culture, and engagement effectively.
- Leadership mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in HR tools, Excel, and reporting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR management (preferred).
- Experience in healthcare or service industry is an added advantage.
