Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Quality Control Engineer with experience in quality inspection, mechanical drawings, supplier quality, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement..

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming and pre-shipment inspections of mechanical components and tooling.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, BOMs, and engineering specifications.
- Prepare inspection plans based on engineering drawings.
- Verify material certificates, treatment certificates, dimensional reports, and other quality documents.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, procedures, quality plans, and customer requirements.
- Identify, document, and manage non-conformities (NCRs).
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Provide technical support to suppliers and coordinate on quality-related issues.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and shipment documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain lessons learned documentation.

Mandatory Skills





- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Inspection.
- Solid knowledge of Manufacturing Processes – Machining, Welding, Surface Treatment, and Heat Treatment.
- Hands-on experience in Incoming Inspection and Pre-Shipment Inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret Mechanical Drawings and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Experience in Inspection Plan Preparation and Quality Documentation.
- Knowledge of Mechanical Fasteners, Raw Materials, and Material Grades.
- Experience in NCR (Non-Conformance Report), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Experience in Supplier Quality Support and resolving quality-related issues.
- Strong understanding of Engineering Standards and Quality Compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English communication.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry.
- Exposure to customer quality requirements and supplier quality management.
- Knowledge of quality inspection tools and reporting.
