About the Internship
We are is looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. This internship provides practical exposure to real-time hiring processes and corporate HR operations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and connect with candidates through calls and messages
- Explain job roles and interview processes to applicants
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Screen candidate profiles from job portals such as Naukri and other recruitment platforms
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain daily recruitment and hiring reports
- Coordinate with recruiters and the hiring team
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Stipend & Incentives
- Fixed stipend: ₹2,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives for successful candidate joinings
- Top performers can earn between ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 monthly
