Job Type

Study Alpha Academy is looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller Executives to connect with students and parents, provide information about our educational programs, and assist them throughout the admission process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students and parents from the provided database.
- Explain courses, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Graduates preferred.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM is an advantage).

Scope of Work

The Tele Caller Executive acts as the first point of contact between the academy and prospective students. The role involves generating admissions by providing accurate course information, addressing queries, scheduling counselling sessions, maintaining lead records, and ensuring a smooth admission experience. This position directly contributes to student enrollment and institutional growth.
