Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Skin Trainer to join our Beauty Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training in skincare, facial treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures. The Skin Trainer should be committed to helping students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for a successful career in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and hands-on training in skincare and facial treatments.
- Teach subjects including skin anatomy, skin analysis, product knowledge, facial techniques, hygiene, and client consultation.
- Demonstrate professional skincare procedures and supervise students during practical sessions.
- Assess student performance through practical evaluations and written assessments.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and course documentation.
- Ensure compliance with academy policies, safety standards, and sanitation protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Mentor and motivate students to achieve academic and professional success.
- Maintain training equipment, treatment rooms, and educational resources.
- Support workshops, seminars, demonstrations, and promotional events conducted by the academy.

Qualifications





- Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in skincare, beauty therapy, or aesthetic training.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, facial treatments, and skincare products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and inspire students with varying skill levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills is an advantage.
