LC/NC Platform Developer

Location: Chennai (On-site with Work from Home Options)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

We’re looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and highly skilled LC/NC Platform Developer with a knack for problem-solving and technical excellence. This role requires a proactive individual who can independently transform complex business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions, thriving in a transparent and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze, Design, & Develop: Develop applications by adhering to best practices and delivering clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Drive Innovation: Exhibit technical excellence, bringing new ideas to the table and delivering exceptional results that impact our clients' operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Core Development Skills:
- Strong knowledge of J2EE, Struts, Spring, and Hibernate
- Client-Side Scripting: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery




- Database Management: Experience with Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL databases
- Solid understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms

- UI Frameworks: Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery)
- Operating Systems: Proficient with Windows and Linux
- Server Management: Hands-on experience with Apache and Tomcat
- Database Technologies: Experience with MySQL and SQLite
- Agile development experience is an added advantage
- ERP and SAP Knowledge:

- Working knowledge in any two SAP modules, such as:
- Material Management
- Plant Maintenance
- Project Systems
- Quality Management
- Production Planning
- Basis

- Workflow and NetWeaver experience
- ABAP knowledge is an advantage
