Assistant Manager – Sales Training

Location: Mumbai (Travel Across India)

Eze Perfumes is a premium fragrance brand crafted by master perfumers with over 60 years of fragrance expertise. As we expand our retail presence across India, we are looking for a passionate training professional to help build the knowledge, confidence, and selling skills of our sales teams.

Role Summary

The Assistant Manager – Sales Training will be responsible for conducting training programs, developing learning content, supporting our Learning Management System (LMS), and helping build a structured training ecosystem for our sales force.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, or personal care industry and should be passionate about developing retail sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

- Conduct classroom and virtual training programs for sales officers, promoters, supervisors, ASMs, and other retail teams.
- Deliver training on product knowledge, fragrance families, customer engagement, selling skills, objection handling, and retail excellence.
- Conduct induction programs for new employees and refresher sessions for existing teams.

Learning Content

- Develop engaging training presentations, videos, quizzes, role plays, and learning modules.
- Prepare product training manuals and sales guides.
- Update training content whenever new products or campaigns are launched.

Learning Management System (LMS)

- Manage and update the company's LMS platform.
- Upload learning modules, assessments, and certifications.
- Track learner progress and completion reports.
- Suggest improvements to increase learner engagement.

Train-the-Trainer

- Support in developing internal trainers across different regions.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for Sales Managers and Supervisors.




- Ensure training standards remain consistent across locations.

Training Process Development

- Assist in setting up and strengthening the company's in-house training system.
- Recommend best practices for learning, certification, assessments, and training effectiveness.
- Work closely with management to continuously improve the training framework.

Performance Evaluation

- Conduct knowledge assessments and certification tests.
- Gather feedback after training sessions.
- Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Training, Retail Training, or Learning & Development.
- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, skincare, luxury retail, or personal care industry is preferred.
- Prior experience in conducting retail sales training programs is essential.
- Experience working with distributors and retail sales teams will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to create engaging training content.
- Good understanding of retail sales processes.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable travelling across India for training assignments.

- Experience using or managing an LMS.
- Ability to create engaging training content.
- Experience conducting Train-the-Trainer programs.
- A passion for helping build a structured, long-term learning culture within the organization.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in companies such as L'Oréal, Nykaa, Colorbar, Lotus Herbals, The Body Shop, Titan Skinn, Bella Vita, Beiersdorf, Coty, or other beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, or personal care brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
