- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate revenue through consultations, package sales, and upselling services.
- Develop and execute local marketing and lead-generation initiatives.
- Monitor conversion rates and improve sales performance.
- Ensure maximum client retention and repeat business.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Motivate the team to achieve branch objectives.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and front-office staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

- Monitor client feedback and implement service improvements.
- Monitor branch profitability.
- Control operational expenses within budget.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage billing, collections, and cash handling according to company policies.
- Experience in slimming, wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or fitness industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
