Develop Master Plan for Industrial sites inclusive of Site analysis, site zoning, accessibility, comply with statutory requirements and safety
Develop Architectural building design concepts for Industrial / steel buildings and office buildings
Knowledge of various architectural materials, finishes etc.,
Develop concept / Basic drawings, detailed drawings, statutory approval drawings and construction drawings
Minimum knowledge of projects requirement of other engineering disciplines
Prepare Technical specifications, Bill of quantities and cost estimate
Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently
Capable to develop multi-disciplinary co-ordination with other disciplines like civil, Structural, Water supply & drainage, Electrical,
Mechanical, etc.,
Capable to work to complete the tasks on schedule
Exceptional problem solving and sound decision making capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and Positive interpersonal skills.
Capable to co-ordinate with onsite team in various time zones
Responsible for quality checks, clash checking with various engineering disciplines, quality assurance for review meetings and problem resolutions.
