Lead Android Developer

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a team of android developers, automation, and manual testers. He or she should have worked at the architect Level and launched a few apps on Google Play Store.

Responsibilities:

Well versed with end to end Product design including motion. Ideally, someone who is strong in Motion and can also do Product design

- 1. Development and commercial deployment of native Android applications

- 2. Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards

- 3. Knowledge of programming patterns or architectural patterns

- 4. What to consider when building an app from scratch and doing so (who is using the app - what's the intended outcome, the release date, the budget, the architecture, the 3rd party libraries, the communication between the layers, how testing will be set up, etc.)

- 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- 6.



Have published one or more Android apps in the app store.

- 7. Demonstrated experience and an understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Media Players, and Android memory management

- 8. Experience with Unit test frameworks

- 9. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

- 10. Asynchronous task - async task, intent services, handlers, loopers, threads, runnable, loaders

What do we expect from you?

- 1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science
- 2. 5+ years' of experience working in Android, database management,
- 3. Robust logical skill
- 4. Ability to hustle between different roles
