Position: Sales Executive

Location: Dabwali

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the store team to achieve daily sales and operational targets.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.

Supervise store operations, including opening, closing, merchandising, and stock replenishment.

Monitor inventory, minimise stock loss, and maintain accurate stock records.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, safety, and company policies.

Coach, guide, and motivate team members to improve performance.

Coordinate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader, Senior CSA, Department Manager, or similar role in Retail.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.
