About the Role

Berli Brewing Co. is looking for a proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations at our premium craft brewpub. The role involves accounting, statutory compliance, payroll support, and MIS reporting while working closely with the brewery, bar, kitchen teams and the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally (sales, purchases, expenses, bank, and journal entries).
- Reconcile POS, online delivery platform sales, cash, and bank transactions.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, GRNs, and vendor invoices to control costs and reduce wastage.
- Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance,



and coordinate with auditors.
- Process payroll, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L; statements, and cash flow statements, and support budgeting and cost analysis.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience (brewpub, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality preferred).
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
