Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong destination knowledge, and the ability to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings by providing professional travel consultation and customized holiday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to travel enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website and social media.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Design personalized travel itineraries and prepare attractive quotations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into successful bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, destination management companies (DMCs), cruise operators, and other travel partners.
- Assist customers with visa requirements, travel insurance, documentation, and travel formalities.
- Manage reservations, booking modifications, cancellations,



and post-booking support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up for repeat business.
- Stay updated on destination information, travel trends, airline promotions, and visa regulations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in travel sales, holiday package sales, or travel consulting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations including Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Dubai, Vietnam, Maldives, Europe, Kashmir, Kerala, Goa, and other popular destinations.
- Ability to create customized travel itineraries and professional quotations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
