About the Role
Knowledge Synonyms is looking to connect with experienced freelance corporate trainers for project-based learning and development assignments. Training engagements may be delivered virtually or at client locations across India, depending on project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering corporate training programs.
- Experience conducting Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT),
or Hybrid learning sessions.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience working with corporate clients.
- Own training content or facilitation materials for the topics delivered.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
Engagement Details
Assignments are offered on a project basis. Delivery may be virtual or at client locations, depending on business requirements.
