Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision and Execution:
o Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
o Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
o Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Quality and Safety Compliance:
o Ensure that quality control and safety procedures are strictly followed on-site.
o Conduct routine inspections to identify defects and implement corrective measures.
o Report non-compliance or potential risks to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
3. Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
o Track and report daily work progress, manpower deployment, and material utilization.
o Support project planning by providing regular site updates and identifying possible delays.
o Maintain detailed records of work progress and site documentation.
4. Material and Resource Management:
o Coordinate with the procurement and stores team for timely delivery of materials.
o Verify and record materials received at the site, ensuring proper usage and storage.
o Monitor the use of tools, equipment, and resources efficiently.
5. Coordination and Communication:
o Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
o Facilitate communication between field teams and the project office for smooth execution.
o Participate in site meetings and contribute to planning and problem-solving discussions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering
· Experience: 3 to 5 years of site execution experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
· Skills:
o Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural drawings.
o Good understanding of quality and safety standards in civil works.
o Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
o Strong leadership and communication skills.
o Ability to work independently and manage site activities efficiently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
