HR Intern – BestDrive (Beast Drive)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Duration: ~3 months (can extend or convert to full-time)
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month

What you’ll do

- Help with recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Assist in employee onboarding & documentation
- Maintain HR records and databases
- Support team coordination during events
- Help build a positive work culture

Requirements

- Studying or completed degree in HR / Management / Business
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Forms
- Interest in events / automotive industry is a plus

Important Note

This role is linked to “Beast Drive – The Survival Run”, an event-based organization (car rally startup), not the global tire company BestDrive. So expect a fast-paced, startup-like environment rather than a traditional corporate HR role.
