Position Overview

BharatCares is looking for enthusiastic STEM Trainers to implement STEM, AI, and Robotics programs in schools across Vadodara and Surat. The role involves conducting engaging sessions, establishing STEM Clubs, mentoring students and teachers, and ensuring smooth program implementation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. STEM Training & Facilitation

- Deliver STEM, AI, Robotics, Coding, and Innovation sessions through hands-on and experiential learning.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and practical activities for students.
- Foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among learners.
- Support students in understanding emerging technologies and their applications.

2. STEM Club & Student Engagement

- Establish and manage STEM Clubs in assigned schools.
- Develop and implement monthly STEM Club activities and learning projects.
- Guide students in preparing projects for exhibitions, competitions, and innovation events.
- Encourage peer learning and student leadership within STEM Clubs.

3. Teacher Capacity Building

- Conduct training sessions for teachers on STEM concepts and activity-based learning.
- Support teachers in integrating STEM approaches into classroom teaching.
- Provide academic and technical guidance for effective program adoption.

4. School Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

- Coordinate regularly with school principals, teachers, and management teams.




- Ensure smooth scheduling and execution of project activities.
- Represent BharatCares during school meetings, events, and outreach activities.

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily records of sessions, attendance, and activities conducted.
- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Document student achievements, testimonials, and success stories.
- Capture photographs and activity evidence for project reporting.

6. Community Outreach

- Support STEM exhibitions, innovation fairs, competitions, and awareness programs.
- Promote interest in STEM careers and technology among students and communities.
- Participate in project-related events and stakeholder engagements.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of STEM education, Robotics, Coding, and AI concepts.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage school students through interactive learning methods.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to schools within the assigned region.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in STEM Labs, Robotics Training, Coding Education, ATL Labs, or EdTech programs.
- Prior experience working with schools, educational institutions, NGOs, or CSR-funded education projects.
- Knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, and English will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
