CMM Operator – Automobile Industry

Location: Nighoje, Chakan, Pune
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree (Mechanical Engineering)

Job Responsibilities

- Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for inspection of automotive components.
- Perform dimensional inspection as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Generate and maintain inspection reports.
- Use PolyWorks software for measurement and analysis.
- Identify quality issues and report deviations to the Quality team.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of CMM operation.
- Hands-on experience with PolyWorks software.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;




- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
