Job Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and configure weighbridges, weighing systems, and related equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted equipment operation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related faults.
- Calibrate and test weighbridges and associated equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and calibration logs.
- Provide onsite technical support and customer assistance, including basic operational training to end users.
- Conduct site inspections to assess installation requirements and ensure site readiness.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and technical team for timely resolution of technical issues.
- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of field service experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with prior experience in weighbridge installation, maintenance, calibration,



and troubleshooting will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence will be an added advantage.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of service tools, testing instruments, and spare parts.
- Adhere to company safety policies and customer site safety regulations while performing field service activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure timely closure of service calls.
- Submit daily work reports, service updates, and customer feedback to the reporting manager.
- Willingness to travel extensively for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and emergency breakdown services.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
