About the Role
​We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growth team. As a fresher, you will be the face of Richmed Biolabs, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with healthcare professionals/clients, and driving revenue. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who loves talking to people and wants to build a career in the life sciences industry.

​Key Responsibilities
​Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients (hospitals, labs, clinics, or research institutes) through cold calling, LinkedIn, and field visits.
​Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
​Product Knowledge: Quickly learn the technical aspects of Richmed Biolabs’ offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
​Market Intelligence: Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to help us stay ahead of the curve.
​Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospects in the CRM/daily logs.

​What We Are Looking For
​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business (BBA/MBA),



Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
​Communication: Verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
​Persistence: A "never give up" attitude—cold calling and rejection don't faze you.
​Travel: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and exhibitions as required.
​Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
