Dantam Dental Clinics is a premier dental care provider in Hyderabad, committed to delivering exceptional services to our patients. We are currently seeking a Tele caller to join our team and contribute to the patient needs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, support the marketing activities.
- Understanding customer needs, answering and have patience to listen their queries.
- Work with other departments of the organization to close more deals.
- Follow the tele calling script to deliver the perfect pitch while talking to a prospect.
- Maintain MIS Report of the leads and report to the management on daily basis.
- Interacting with the customers/patients and explaining the products and services the organization provides.
- Should be able to build a positive relationship by cold calling.
- Positive interpersonal, communication skills
- Good Experience in handling customers for inbound or outbound calls.
- Long term and build confidence in the work environment.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate with 1 year experience in the related field will be a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- English, Hindi, Telugu is preferred languages.
- MS Office
