Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Prepare and send quotes to customers and follow up on their status
- Process orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner




- Coordinate deliveries with the manufacturing team
- Assist with marketing campaigns, such as email newsletters, social media posts, and webinars
- Prepare and update sales reports and dashboards
- Collect and analyse customer feedback and satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer records and databases
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
- Prepare sales order/ Invoices/ Quotations
- Prepare dispatch Planning & creating order confirmation in the system
- Follow up for the payment with the clients

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a sales Engineer, sales assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Valuable in Excel for MIS
- Familiarity with CRM software and online platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
