Qualification

- Diploma / NTTF Tool & Die Making / Mechanical Engineering
- Candidates with robust design and manufacturing knowledge preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer with hands-on knowledge in tooling, fixture design, fabrication, and mechanical component development. The candidate should be proficient in CAD software and capable of creating production-ready designs and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD.
- Design jigs, fixtures, welding fixtures, and tooling components.
- Prepare detailed fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and BOM.
- Understand manufacturing requirements and provide feasible design solutions.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams for design implementation.
- Modify existing designs based on shop-floor requirements.
- Support prototype development, trial, and validation activities.
- Ensure designs meet quality, cost,



and delivery requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD
- Knowledge of jig & fixture design.
- Understanding of fabrication and machining processes.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Experience in sheet metal and structural fabrication.
- Ability to prepare BOM and manufacturing documentation.

Preferred Experience

- Tool & Die background (NTTF preferred).
- Experience in Fixture Design / SPM Design / Fabrication Design.
- Industrial equipment or automotive component design experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
