About Us: Raja Senthoor Pandian Advocate Office is a law firm providing legal services and representation. We are looking for a skilled Typist to support our daily documentation and administrative work.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and productive Typist to handle legal document preparation in both English and Tamil, along with general computer operations and printing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- English Typing – Accurately type legal documents, petitions, affidavits, notices, letters, and other correspondence in English.
- Tamil Typing – Type legal documents, applications, and case-related content in Tamil with proper formatting and accuracy.




- Computer Operating & Printing – Operate office computers for document preparation, formatting, and printing; manage printouts of case files, legal notices, and court documents; maintain soft and hard copies of important records.
- Proofread typed documents for errors before submission or printing.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist advocates with timely preparation of documents as required.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English and Tamil typing
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Tamil typing software/keyboards
- Familiarity with computer operations and printer/scanner usage
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
