Customer Support & Account Handling

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about services and account status.

Contact customers regarding payment reminders and overdue accounts using approved communication guidelines.

Understand customer concerns and help resolve issues or coordinate with the concerned team.

CRM & Documentation

Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the CRM system.

Record customer responses, follow-up actions, and payment commitments.

Ensure all customer information is updated correctly.

Performance & Compliance

Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Follow company policies, call quality standards, and compliance guidelines.





Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: Class 12th Pass or Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Good interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
