Job Responsibilities

3 to 5 years of experience in Design and Engineering.

Should have abilities to independently make designs and also prepare drawings using Solidedge / Solidworks etc .

PVElite exposure required .

- Design various equipment and pressure vessels as per ASME Code, Section VIII
- Thickness calculations for shells, dished ends, flanges, tubesheet, etc.
- Design calculations and verification with PV Elite
- FE Analysis of components
- Create 3D Parts and Assembly modelling using SolidEdge
- Drafting of components for creating manufacturing drawings
- BOM Generation and share with purchase and stores
- Generation of Design Report
- Coordinate with production department for drawing related issues
- Record as built changes at factory prior to dispatch
- Solid Edge/Works knowledge must





Qualifications & Selection Criteria

- Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of pressure vessel design and design calculations, tolerances, fitting, stresses, assemblies, bearings, etc.
- Solid Edge / Solid Works proficiency is must
- Should have clarity in basic geometry
- Should have clear understanding of subjects like machine design, theory of machines, strength of materials, etc.
- Optional skills: FE Analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
