Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Advance Tax, Income Tax, MIS reporting, audits, and finalization of accounts. The candidate must be capable of handling accounts independently while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.

· Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Manage GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and handling departmental notices.

· Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns within statutory timelines.

· Prepare and manage Advance Tax computations and coordinate Income Tax compliance.

· Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.

· Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial reports for management.

· Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax auditors, and internal auditors during audits.

· Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.





· Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.

· Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

· Handle payroll accounting entries and statutory accounting records.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and taxation laws.

· Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

· Work closely with banks, consultants, and government departments whenever required.

· Identify process improvements and implement accounting best practices.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Advance Tax, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

· Experience in finalization of accounts and audit coordination.

· Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

· Good understanding of bank reconciliations, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).

· M.Com, CA Inter, or CMA (Inter) will be preferred.

· 5–8 years of relevant accounting and taxation experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

· Ability to independently manage the complete finance and accounts function.

· Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and integrity.

· Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
