Job Summary:

Aromaaz is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive

(BDE) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate

about sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.

 Generate leads through online research, cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

 Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

 Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize business strategies.

 Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads.

 Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions using CRM tools.

 Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.





 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

 Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.

 Willingness to learn and adapt to recent challenges.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

 Internship experience in sales or business development is a plus.

 Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation techniques.
