We are looking for an International BPO Executive to join our team in Rajarhat. In this role, you will interact with international clients and help them with their inquiries and issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries efficiently and effectively.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer problems and offer suitable solutions, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.

- **Data Entry:** Accurately enter customer information and feedback into our systems to ensure records are up to date and complete.

- **Sales Support:** Assist in promoting our services and products, contributing to sales objectives by guiding customers through the purchase process.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our services and enhance the overall client experience.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have 1 to 4 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role.



A minimum educational qualification of 10th pass is required. Good communication skills in English are essential, as you will engage with international clients. You should be comfortable working in a team and possess a problem-solving attitude. Basic computer skills are necessary to handle data entry tasks effectively. Flexibility in working hours is expected to meet international client needs, along with a commitment to achieving targets and providing excellent service.
