Job Description - Lead Management & Marketing Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and communication-focused Admin & Lead Coordination Executive to support the Marketing and Business Development functions at ReCircle.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming business inquiries, coordinating leads internally, maintaining lead tracking systems, generating new business leads through online platforms, and supporting the team during events and activations.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, follow-up capabilities, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Call, Email and Lead Management with Tracking & Follow-Ups

- Handle all incoming calls and emails received on the company's official contact channels
- Understand inquiries, requirements, partnership requests, and business leads, and coordinate them with the relevant internal teams
- Maintain proper records and a centralized database of all incoming leads and inquiries
- Regularly follow up internally and externally on pending leads until final closure/conversion
- Ensure smooth communication, timely responses, and proper tracking so that no lead or inquiry is missed
- Coordinate with multiple departments for lead updates, status tracking, and conversions

2. Lead Generation & Database Building

- Generate potential business leads using platforms such as:
- Linkedin Sales Navigator




- Apollo.io
- Research companies, decision-makers, sustainability heads, procurement teams, and potential
- partners
- Build and maintain an organized internal lead database
- Achieve weekly lead generation targets assigned by the management
- Identify new business opportunities relevant to ReCircle's services

3 Event & On-Ground Support

- Assist the team during exhibitions, collection drives, webinars, corporate events, activations, and
- campaigns
- Support in coordination, setup, registrations, logistics, and on-ground execution when required
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams during events

4. Marketing & Team Support

- Provide operational and coordination support to the Marketing Department whenever required
- Assist with basic administrative and coordination-related tasks
- Support outreach and communication activities as assigned

Skills & Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills
- Basic understanding of lead management and business communication
- Comfortable speaking with clients and stakeholders over calls and emails
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems is an added advantage
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools preferred
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
