Job Opening: Production Monitoring Executive (CCTV)

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Monitoring Executive to monitor live production activities across all Kanika units through CCTV cameras. The candidate will ensure that the ongoing printing work matches the approved Job Cards and immediately report any discrepancies, process deviations, or unauthorized activities to the management.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor live production activities across all regional units through CCTV.

· Verify that the printing work matches the approved Job Cards.

· Identify any incorrect printing, material mismatch, process deviations, or operational irregularities.

· Report discrepancies immediately to the management.

· Maintain a daily monitoring log and incident reports.





· Coordinate with Production and Operations teams for clarifications when required.

· Ensure continuous surveillance.

· Escalate any delays, unauthorized activities, or quality concerns.

· Maintain confidentiality of company information and production processes.

· Support management with reports and observations for process improvement.

Desired Skills

· Good observation and attention to detail.

· Basic computer knowledge

· Responsible, honest, and disciplined.

· Ability to work independently.

Preferred Candidate

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

· Experience in CCTV monitoring, production monitoring, or manufacturing operations will be an added advantage.
