JOB DESCRIPTION: CONCIERGE CARE We are looking for energetic, empathetic, and people-oriented individuals to join our team of concierge care. In this role, you will own the patient’s journey outside the clinical setting and ensure a seamless, warm, and efficient experience from entry to exit. Key Responsibilities Patient Journey Ownership ● Manage and support the entire patient journey ● Ensure adherence to appointment schedules with the goal of zero wait time. ● Engage and assist patients both within and outside the hospital premises ● Ensure the patient has an efficient and seamless experience at the hospital Coordination & Communication ● Act as the liaison between patients, care counsellors, and vitals nurses. ● Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless OPD floor operations. ● Provide real-time updates, support, and guidance to patients and their families. Operational Excellence ● Work collaboratively with the team to maintain efficiency and service standards. ● Support daily operational tasks to ensure the OPD floor is well-managed, safe, and service-oriented. Desired Qualities ● Strong empathy and interpersonal skills ● High energy, positive attitude,



and excellent communication ● Ability to speak English, Kannada, and Hindi proficiently. Any other languages over and above the listed ones are welcome. ● Comfortable using technology and digital tools ● Naturally people-friendly and approachable ● Ability to adapt as the team evolves Work Expectations ● Minimum 9-hour shifts ● Variable shift timings ● 6-day work week with rotational Sunday working ● Role requires considerable standing (not a desk-based job) ● Probation: 1 month (mandatory) Compensation ● During probation: INR 25,000 per month- in hand Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with prior experience in: ● Hospitality: Hotels, salons, airports, restaurants, cafés ● Healthcare: Hospitals, clinics, skin/derma clinics ● Events & Services: Concierge, guest relations, customer-facing roles ● Any similar people-driven, service-oriented environment

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
