Role Summary

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition, website traffic, and online sales across D2C and marketplace channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Manage and optimize marketplace advertising on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.

Monitor and improve campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, and Conversion Rate.

Support SEO initiatives and coordinate with content and creative teams for campaign execution.

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and advertising dashboards.

Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and customer acquisition.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.





Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing (Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG, or D2C preferred).

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO.

Experience with Shopify and marketplace advertising is an added advantage.

Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital reporting tools.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
