- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application support and troubleshooting.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise resource planning systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Ability to interpret and analyze system logs and error messages to identify underlying issues.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users for issue resolution.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their impact on system functionality.

Additional Information:
