We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to create a warm and memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests with a warm smile.
- Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements.
- Handle table reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
- Assist guests with menu information and restaurant services.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Resolve guest complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with the service, kitchen, and cashier teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area.
- Collect guest feedback and share suggestions for service improvement.
- Promote restaurant offers, loyalty programs, and upcoming events.
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist with inquiries and bookings.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
