We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Student Counselors/Business Development Executives who can guide students toward the right career path while achieving admission and revenue goals.
Eligibility
- Graduation in any field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Student Counseling, Business Development, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales
- Have a strong understanding of PrepCampus courses (https://prepcampus.co/placement)
and services to effectively guide and counsel students.
- Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English)
- Laptop and secure internet connection
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students about PrepCampus courses and career opportunities.
- Convert leads into enrollments through calls and virtual meetings.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain lead records.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
